Combat in OFC is based upon a rating system. Each character will be ranked according to how well they would fare in combat. This number can be supplemented with items and weapons. when face with an enemy, all characters are sorted into two sides. Corrupted on one, everyone else on the other, unless other wise stated. the cummulative scores of each side will be calculated and compared. The side with the highest points wins. Example: 3 corrupted; rank 1 (minor taken). 4 human; 3 rank 1(students), 1 rank 2(police). 3 < 5, victor = Humans. Battle Rank will be determined by your characters experiences, profession and weapons. just cause a character is strong will not make them a good fighter, same with an athlete, though it will lend a hand in combat. here is a table of ranks, to get an idea of what your characetr might be. Rank | Example | 1 | Basic Civilian | Minor Taken | 2 | Athletic Civilian | Basic Self Defense | 3 | Combat Trained Civilian | Unarmed police | 4 | Armed Police | 5 | Military | 6 | Small Major Taken | 7 | Police Patrol Squad | 8 | Swarm of Minor taken | 9 | Medium Major Taken | 10 | Swat Team | 11 | The Mafia | 12 | Large Major Taken | 13 | 3 Panzer Tanks. | 14 | 3 Panzer Tanks, and a UAV | 15 | Huge Major Taken |
